To the fullest extent permitted by law, PsychInsights' total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site, whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Site.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PsychInsights, its directors, officers, employees, partners, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

- Your violation of any term of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
- Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party
12. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Site. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of US, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
You agree that any legal action or proceeding between you and PsychInsights shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in kaokon.
14. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by arbitration in kaokon before one arbitrator.
